Have you registered yet for next month’s Stitches South conference in Atlanta, Georgia? Seating is limited and time is running out to attend this amazing knit and crochet conference! If you haven’t signed up yet, head on over to their website and sign up today!
You won’t want to miss this incredible four-day event in Atlanta from April 19-22. The weekend kicks off with a star-studded Opening Day program featuring designers Anna Zilboorg, Laura Bryant, Myra Wood, and Rick Mondragon. They’ll show you how to add character and dimension to knit fabric.
If you think that sounds like fun, then just wait; the fun is just getting started! The next four days are jam packed with endless yarn fun! Choose from 132 classes taught by the best designers and teachers in the industry. Marly Bird, Drew Emborsky, Sivia Harding, Brooke Nico, Shannon Okey, Kristin Omdahl, Nicky Epstien, just to name a few. There are classes for knitters and crocheters, so there’s definitely something for everyone!
For a little fashion fun, attend the STITCHES Fashion Show to see the knitting universe come to life on stage. You’ll be inspired to knit as you see professional models take to the catwalk wearing the most beautiful garments you’ve ever seen.
And did we mention the shopping? There’s an entire STITCHES Market dedicated to yarn; I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather shop! Not only will there be yarn, needles, and hooks galore, but your favorite designers and authors will be doing demos and book signings throughout the weekend, too!
I can’t think of a better way for yarn lovers to kick off the spring season than with a trip down to Georgia. Spend four days with knitters and crocheters just like yourself! Meet up with your fellow crafty friends, and make new ones!
Check out the official STITCHES website for more information and to register for classes and events. Register soon because classes are already filling up!
