From what I saw last year and what I guarantee I’ll see again this year, crochet cowls are the “it” item of the season. Fall and winter are the greatest times to sport cowls because they not only keep you warm, but they’re fashionable, too. Cowls are easy patterns to work up for yourself, but they also make great gifts to give for the holidays. Different crochet stitches can give a completely different look for these cowls. The very first cowl I ever worked up was the purple convertible cowl. I love it to this day and it pushed me to work up many cowls after that for each of my family members; that was a fun Christmas. Bold, beautiful colors are a great way to express your crochet design within these patterns. If you don’t fall in love with each of these cowls you’re guaranteed to fall in love with at least one of them!
