In my opinion, basket weave crochet patterns tend to get overlooked a little. That’s why I wanted to dedicate this Link Love to one of my all time favorites: 13 Basket Weave Crochet Patterns. I love how much texture this design can give a blanket, scarf, hat, etc.
One thing I absolutely love about basket weave crochet is that you don’t even need more than one color! Since the stitch gives so much dynamic appeal on its own, you can just stick with a single shade. Talk about keeping it simple! Basket weave is also great for the fall. I think its chunky, plush feel is perfect for those chilly autumn nights by the fire. You’ll definitely want to have one of these around when the weather starts cooling off.
