9 Hooded Scarves & Sweaters for Your Fall Wardrobe

October 1, 2013 by AllFreeCrochet

Little Red Riding Hood wore one, you wear one when it’s raining and they’re so easy to work up; I’m talking hoods here! Hooded crochet patterns are fun to sport because they give your outfit a bit more of a design element and character. Because the fall season has just begun (and let me tell you how excited I am), I’m starting to find more and more hooded crochet scarves that will look fantastic with all my outfits. If you don’t like wearing hats in the fall, but you’re looking for something to keep you warm with your crochet scarf then try any one of these scarf patterns. We have some for kids and adults! We even have hooded sweaters, too!

Hooded Scarf Patterns:

Rainbow Toddler Hood Cozy Cat Hooded Scarf

Aesthetic Hooded Scarf – This crochet scarf uses all the beginner crochet stitches and is easy to work up when you follow the step by step instructions.

Candy Stripes Hooded Cowl – A crocheted cowl is just as functional as a crocheted scarf, but might actually be a bit more bulky like this design.

Hooded Infinity Scarf – Only one skein of yarn is needed for this design. The hood and scarf are worked separately and then attached at the end.

Snow Bear Hooded Scarf – Scarf patterns like this are super cute for the kids! The little bear ears will make them laugh themselves silly.

Cozy Cat Hooded Scarf – This is a fun and playful scarf that both kids and adults will love wearing. Pockets are attached to the scarf, too!

Rainbow Toddler Hood – A design like this is great for those kids who don’t like wearing scarves, but they’ll wear just about anything on their head.

Hooded Sweater Patterns:

The Simplest Toddler Sweater Hooded Sweatshirt

Hooded Sweatshirt – This is the coziest hoody you will ever sport. You can make it loose for the perfect amount of breathing room.

Camouflage Hoodie – A pullover like this is great for any boy to wear; he’ll want to wear it every day. Girls can sport it too in a cute pink and grey combo.

The Simplest Toddler Sweater – Made for a boy or a girl, she’ll be ready for the fall season. The hood will keep her head warm and the button closure makes it easy for on and off.

Do you plan on wearing hooded scarves this season?
