Spring is officially only a week away! Here in Chicago, we just got (hopefully) our last little bit of snowfall. If you’re lucky enough to be taking a trip this year for spring break, then you’re in the right spot for travel-friendly crochet patterns.
So many friends and relatives of mine are taking advantage of the season and traveling this month. Some are jet-setting across the country to enjoy the sunshine in California, others are simply taking a short road trip for a relaxing weekend getaway. If you’re traveling at all in the near future, be sure to check out these must-have crochet travel essentials.
Below, you’ll find comfy crochet baby blankets for long car rides, crocheted luggage tags to set your suitcase apart from the rest, crochet hook travel cases, and more. Traveling is always an adventure, especially when you incorporate crochet!

It’s quite snowy and cold here in upstate New York, so I think I’d like to be somewhere warm…Bermuda perhaps!
I would love to get together with a bunch of friend from my Facebook Crochet Fun Group …. ANYWHERE and crochet our hearts away together
I would go to Germany. I am German and I live here in the States since 2001 and I have not been home since, for various reasons. 🙂
Ireland!
Hawaii… The big island. Or anywhere with my hubby and my son!:-)
To Pittsburgh to see my son and daughter in law. I don’t get to see them enough.
I would head to Scotland
I love it in Victoria, B.C. been there twice and love it.
I would go visit my 88 year old mother.
Indianapolis. My daughter and her family just moved there.
Florida where it is sunny and warm.
I would go to Colorado to visit mother.
Puerto Rico and visit my family.
Happy here.
Arizona to visit relatives.
I would definitely go to England. I want to tour London! Such a gorgeous town!
I would go home. I live in a nursing home. I know this is where I need to be for my mother is in her 80’s . But in her I love to do a lot of crocheting. I crochet every day. I look for free patterns so I can have new things to make. I make hats for the homeless, hats for cancer patients, hats for. Hearts children. So I can’t really travel but dream of a travel which is ok with me
