I lined it and made it a project bag and promptly named it my hugs and kisses (xoxo) bag sunce it was made this month. Its hard to pick one color but i gravitate towards jewel tones.
Dusty grey and blues!
It depends on the time of year but I love autumn tones or jewel tones

When I began knitting, I loved bright colors. As my experience grows, I find natural and neutral tones make more versatile pieces. However, when I’m in the mood for fair isle or intarsia, I revisit the bold palettes I loved in the beginning.
I like to knit with neutrals and jewel tones. Lately I especially like browns.
I crochet more than I knit, but can do both. My favorite colors are shades of blue and purple for me and all pastel colors for babies. I also like bright and bold colors. I belong to a knitting/crocheting club and we do special projects sometimes. We just finished one using red, white, and blue to make scarves for a group of handicapped people for their Special Olympics, needed by Jan. 6th 2014. They could be any pattern as long as they were red, white and blue. They needed at least 1000 scarves so all the club across Indiana worked on this project. Last year we made over 100 hats for our local Cancer Society using any color or pattern we chose. I have also made several afghans and baby blankets for raffles to raise money for different charities. So I would love to win and could make good use of any yarn and patterns I would get. Thank you.
I enjoy knitting with all colors at all times. To much of one color or tones is booring.

it seems I like color changing yarns (keeps my eyes from getting fatigued) in tones of blues/greens, red/yellow/brown/orange, pinks/purples. So much better than having to switch out colors….
Raspberry!
Heathered shades of greens and purples.
I love periwinkle blue so prefer to stay in that hue range for myself. For others I knit in their preferred colors.

Blues, greens, and natural browns, like linen colors.
My favorite colors to use are the fall colors. Oranges, Golds, Deep Reds and shades of Brown. They are such warm and comforting colors. :0)

It depends what I’m knitting, but I like knitting with lighter shades because it makes it easier to see my stitches, and fancy work like cables are more visible.
Blues I love blue. My next favorite color to knit with is black. I know everyone is going eewwww because it’s so difficult to see your stitches but I just knit with a really good craft light or knit outside in the sunshine. It’s a good excuse to knit outside!

I love knitting with natural colors of wool, as well as greys and all shades of green. I love the Irish influence my heritage has on the pieces I choose to create and these colors make me think of what my ancestors may have worn or created themselves. 🙂
