Good morning, yarn lovers! Today we are getting to know one of our newest featured designers on AllFreeCrochet, Jaime Eads Maraia.
Jaime’s life philosophy, she says, “can be distilled down to this equation: Handcrafted + Not Like Everyone Else = Cool!” We couldn’t agree more! Her featured patterns are indeed, very cool, and they’ve all been super popular with our readers so far. We suggest you check them out! Find her at her blog, Crochet Dynamite.
You can also learn more about Jaime on her AllFreeCrochet Designer Profile page, and find all of her fabulous crochet patterns. Scroll down for a few of my personal favorite crochet designs!
Jaime’s Patterns
California Roll Coasters: If you like sushi, then these California Roll Coasters are an absolute must-do crochet pattern. These oval-shaped coasters look just like the real thing. And if you’re a super fan of sushi, these coasters can even be made into a scarf. Jamie is wearing one in her profile pic above!
Twinkle Star Earrings: I am in love with these adorable earrings! They are the perfect accessory to wear any night of the week.
Wedding Wishes, Trio of Patterns: I am the Maid of Honor in my best friend’s wedding next summer, so there’s no doubt why I love these pretty crochet wedding patterns so much! I love them all so much, I may just even make all three!
Which one of these three patterns is your favorite? Leave a comment below and let us know!

Hi Jenny! Wow! Thank you so much for the great article! I think the earrings are my favorite of the bunch, but I wear the beaded flip-flops almost daily so… It’s too hard to choose!
xo Jaime
I like all the designs but I have to say the earrings are my favorite. I would use the earrings the most!!
I like Jaime’s designs because they are a little different. And there are even more on her blog!
I love the wedding set but really, I love most of Jamie’s patterns 🙂
