Free Pattern: Claire’s Capelet from Red Heart

March 27, 2020 by Stitch&Unwind

When I first started watching the television series Outlander, the first thing I noticed was all the great chunky knits that the characters wear. I’m sure it’s rather cold in Scotland, and even though the series began in the summertime, I was already longing for fall just by looking at all the wraps and cowls featured in the show! Today we’re bringing you an Outlander-inspired pattern from Red Heart Yarn—a capelet that looks just like something Claire could be found roaming the highlands in. Work up this pattern while you indulge in an episode (or ten) of the show—I know I’ll be on the edge of my seat!
