Happy May 1st…but more importantly, happy grilling season! That’s right. It seems like spring is finally here to stay, and that means outdoor cooking and barbequing is a go! There are so many reasons to love grilling. First of all – almost anything be grilled. One of my personal favorites is asparagus with a little drizzle of olive oil. Another reason why I love barbequing is that everyone seems to be in such a great mood. The smoky smell of mesquite chips permeates the air, the sweet aroma of buttery corn on the cob wafts in the warm breeze, and the picnic table is set with that iconic checkerboard table cloth. Here are some of my favorite easy knitting patterns that will make your backyard barbeque one for the books. Kick off the start to backyard barbeques and grilling get-togethers with some of these classic knit accessories like pot holders and dishcloths!
