July 26, 2012 by AllFreeKnitting 9 Comments

AllFreeCrochetAfghanPatterns is giving away Interlocking Crochet by Tanis Galik (Krause Publications). It’s a treasure trove of crochet stitches, techniques, and tips. Knowledge is power my friends, and with new stitches, you can crochet the world.

You might recognize interlocking crochet as double filet, interweave, or intermeshing crochet. Learn about the different stitches and techniques, and follow Tanis’s own tips. And of course there are several patterns included for bags, blankets, and scarves that you’ll want to make. Don’t be afraid to try out interlocking crochet. Different is good, and you might just be an instant master at it.

Read more about Interlocking Crochet by Tanis Galick on AllFreeCrochetAfghanPatterns. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway before time runs out. The deadline is August 7, 2012. See how you can enter more than once for this wonderful stitch book!

Be sure to check our giveaway page every 2 weeks for a new prize! And we’ll keep you posted here on Stitch&Unwind.

I think at first I would try making either a small afghan or a walker tote.

This is an exciting giveaway! I am a visual learner and really appreciate pictures but I can read most written patterns fairly well. I’d love to have this book to help me learn a new skill that I can share with others. Since nearly everything I make is given away, learning this type of crochet would certainly enhance my gifts to friends and strangers alike!!
