        Hi Linda,

We’re glad to hear you like the cowl! To print, click on File in the menu bar on your browser, then scroll down to where it says “print.” Hope that helps, and thanks for reading!

I love, love your patterns. I make a lot of them but I have friends in Quebec that would love it too if they could find them in french. Do you send patterns with translation in french?

      Hi Ginette,

Unfortunately, we don’t offer French translations of our patterns! You could try running them through Google Translate – your friends might be able to get the overall picture from that. Thanks so much for reading!

I am really looking forward to knitting your 2 color cowl. I am still learning to knit (year out and self taught) I understand the cast on. Row 1: (RS). With A, (K1. P1) 5 times. P1. K7. With B, K7. P1. (P1. K1) 5 times.
do I work back and forth across the first 18 stitches (with A) before starting the last 18 stitches with B? Or do I just simply work across all 36 stitches at one time (just switching colors? I know this might sound silly but any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How do you end with a 38th row of pattern when there are only 36 rows in the pattern?

I started the cowl with the needles you suggested but it will be no where near the 60″ length.
I ripped it out and will try a much larger size.
