Hey there crocheters! I hope you are all having a lovely Sunday. I want you to meet Roseanna Beck, one of our awesome crochet designers. She’s so awesome that she’s even been published in books and magazines – how cool is that?
She’s been crocheting since she was seven years old, which is really impressive. I don’t think I had the patience at seven years old to learn how to crochet. Roseanna also knits as well as needlepoint and latch hook. Talk about talented! Roseanna is a queen yarn-crafter, that’s for sure.
Free Crochet Afghan Patterns from Roseanna
We feature her patterns on AllFreeCrochetAfghanPatterns and everyone loves them. The Colorful Crayon Afghan is a definite favorite on our site. With bright colors and a unique pattern, this afghan looks great in a kid’s room. Isn’t it beautiful?
Another wonderful project from Roseanna is the Stained Glass Motif. This afghan actually looks like stained glass because of the black yarn that divides up the brightly colored sections. You can use really any colors for the “glass” parts of this afghan and still achieve the stained glass look.

Have you crocheted a stained glass pattern before?

a jillion years ago, i crocheted a bunch of different colored diamond shapes with the last round in black. i joined them all together and tied black tassels to the end points. it made a big dent in my leftovers.
Hi Roseanna,
I saw an afghan crochet pattern of yours on AllFreeCrochet.com about two weeks ago. It was called Pink Moscato Double Shell. I wrote down and purchased the yarn and crochet needle required, however, now I am unable to locate the pattern again. Would you please email this pattern? I fell in love with it and am very anxious to get started! Thank you in advance for your help with this.
Yours,
Shari
Printed out pattern for Pink Moscato afghan and got stuck at end of second row. Pattern reads at end of row to ch2, tr in last sc, turn. What is tr? Special stitches list shell and large shell nothing about tr.
