Name This Afghan Crochet Design

June 20, 2012 by Michael Sellick

Last Friday, Daniel created the most gorgeous vase of flowers for our dining room table. I was so inspired by the colors used with the peonies, blue flowers, and vines that I got thinking about what would that look like done up in an afghan?

I dashed to my stash looking for yarn that would compliment the colors and stumbled across Red Heart’s Collage Yarns. I realized the transitioning colors within the ball reflect the shades of the same colors within the vase. I then used Red Heart’s With Love yarn to really make this afghan feel really summery.

Can you help me name this gorgeous afghan inspired by Daniel’s amazing peonies flower vase?

Leave your comments in this blog with name suggestions. Once we come up with a good name for this, we will post the afghan written pattern under the winning name for everyone to enjoy.

See you next Wednesday.
