Welcome to the new year, crocheters. The perfect time for trying something new is now, since I’m sure you still haven’t come up with the best resolution just yet. (I haven’t either- don’t worry!) Why don’t you think about making trying some new crochet stitches your resolution this year? It’s an easy thing to do, and it means you get to add more stitches to your crochet arsenal.
As you try to figure out the best way to make that next baby blanket or how to change up those crochet beanies, it would be great to use one of the unique stitches below to revamp an old project. Use a pattern you’ve worked up before, but see if you can incorporate one of these fun stitches instead.
