Some of these flower squares are more challenging than others – but that’s what makes them so fun to crochet! There are beginner patterns for those just starting to crochet and then there are full granny square afghans to crochet at the end of this eBook. By connecting any of these squares together, you will have a flower afghan just in time for spring! You will also find that some of these squares are three-dimensional and other flowers are crocheted right into the square.

i’ve never made a flower before but i really want to learn!
I have made two granny square afghans. The first one seemed to take forever, because I made up all of the squares first, then crocheted them together. The second one took no time at all, because every time I finished a square, I joined it to the blanket.
