It’s Monday! Did you think I forgot about our Readers En-Gauge post? No way! But in case you missed last week’s post, be sure you check out all the awesome answers on knitting and crochet inspiration. Because we’re so fond of all you yarn lovers, of course we want to know what you think! With that said, you’ll love today’s question.

    I love using vendor posts on Facebook to find new ideas. I am on fb anyway and it saves me time to have everything presented together. Friends, family and projects. A great way to spend time.

    Since I’ve always hated the way I look wearing hats, you can’t imagine how overjoyed I was to find that berets actually look cute! I have a lot of naturally curly hair, which my son calls “The Beacon” because he can always spot me in a crowd. Well,….”The Beacon” looks good in berets. I’ve found that they work up quickly and don’t take much yarn. I love them! Beret patterns, please. 😉

    More shawls, scarfs and mittens (fingerless or not). I would like to see a pattern for the new boutique ribbon but not the same ole long scarf, maybe more like in a vee shape like an ascot style. Wow…that would be awesome. Thanks for the opportunity.

    My granddaughter’s birthday is coming up in August and I’d love to find some really cute little girl size 4 dresses,, something really cute she could wear for preschool,,, or maybe some hats with matching belts for her outfits. I think that would be so fun!

    I would love to see more children’s clothing for summer and winter. Especially boy things. I see lots of girly stuff for my granddaughters, but not for my grandsons. One is 7 months and the other is 4 years old. I would also like to see more lacy looking sweaters for ladies.

    Hey, remember us guys? How about some more patterns for us? That’s what I’m always looking for – and not just more drab colored, shapeless, textureless, raglan, crew neck pullovers. Cutting edge stuff. Thank goodnes there’s a new breed of male knitter/designers that I can keep track of on the www, but we really could use more.

    I would like more patterns for hoodies for children. I made one for my daughter and she loves it. She wears it all the time. I would like to crochet her a few different ones.

    I have fallen in love with doggie hats. Here in Florida we don’t have much use for them, but I have friends up north, doggie ears get cold too! Also love one skein patterns.

    I am looking for patterns for Flutter Eyelash yarn. I have made scarfs from the shorter eyelash yarns by Bernat. this yarn has longer eyelashes. Enjoy making new and different items(knit or crochet).

    Just crocheted my first adult garment recently, and would like to find more basic, free patterns to make skirts, jackets, dresses, socks. Patterns that explain the how and why of the patterns so they can be adjusted with different stitches, gauges, etc. to customize them for different yarns, stitches, etc. I know that’s asking alot!
