    I would make the baby sweater, maybe a hat or amigurumi. Lots of yarn equals lots of giveaways. Some to our local pregnancy center.

    I have a set of twin grand babies that I would crochet A LOT of blankets for. The granddaughter was born with a heart defect and has to have several open heart surgeries. We know that the hospitals are a little cold and the blankets will keep her warm.

    I would make stuff to give to a shelter for women, men, and children because we have all kinds of shelter’s in the big city so I would think they could use all the stuff that someone could give them.

    I love making blankets w/ animal heads for security for the Fire Dept./Police Dept & Children’s Hospitals, and they all said the kids LOVE THEM, in their time need, due to car accident or house fire, what ever the emergency may be and feels my heart with pride & joy to do these!

    I would use the yarn to crochet scarves which I sell, proceeds go to grandmothers in Africa through the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

    I am currently crocheting baby blankets to donate to METs Heart a nonprofit that helps families that are faced with extended stays at hospitals due to the illness of a child. I have a direct connection to this organization.
