Today I bring you the ever-popular shell stitch! Many of you have tried this stitch and use it all the time. But for us newbies out there, it’s best to start with the basics.
I will warn that these tutorials are amazing and even addictive. However, the shell stitches in these videos and tutorials may differ from the ones in the patterns below.
Shell Stitch Scarves
I love scarves! Since it’s been snowing like crazy here in the Midwest, it’s a great idea to crochet one of these shell stitch scarves for a friend to keep them toasty! Some of these scarves are a bit lacy which means they can be lightweight yet warm as well.
Shell Stitch Hats
These shell stitch hats just can’t be beat! Little ones will love a new hat for those in-between winter and spring months
Shell Stitch Afghans
I seriously think the shell stitch is one of my favorites when it comes to crocheting afghans. Each of these afghans looks graceful, intricate, and just like you bought it from a high-end home decor store. I mean, who can argue with that type of pattern?
