One of the my favorite go-to crochet baby blanket patterns is a simple ripple pattern. You really can’t go wrong with a ripple or chevron crochet afghan pattern for baby; the pattern is quick to work up, easy to memorize and every new mother loves the finished results. This crochet baby afghan pattern is perfect for the new mother who has decided to be surprised by the gender of the new little bundle of joy. Worked up in alternating stripes of the rainbow, and finished with a fluffy cloud white border, this is sure to be a baby blanket that the little one is going to cling to for a long time.
