A light peach colored cardigan sweater with mid sleeves. Just right for unpredictable weather. The buttons are covered with the same yarn and it is decorated lightly with very small sweet flowers. Two small pockets just big enough to hold my keys when I step out into the crisp spring air. Along with a lace callor I upcycled from an old dress. It draws down to a point on each side of the shoulders. Very nicly versiital to wear with a flared skirt or smooth slacks. Something that says I am purity yet functional.

through out the winter I spend so much time bundling up to stay warm. When spring finally arrives I can’t wait to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin! My favourite wardrobe item has to be light in colour and weight! I’d have to say a square scarf tied around my neck with a white t-shirt and jeans! I can hardly wait!

I love a light weight wrap. If it gets cold enough, you can stay warm. If it’s too warm, you can use it around your waist as an accent to whatever you are wearing. I have one I made in a rainbow yarn that I use year around. It is perfect to keep the chill off in Spring! Home made items are just the best!!

It’s really hard to pick something to be my favorite wardrobe item because I’m anemic so up until summer I’m always bundled up in jeans sweaters boots and fuzzy socks. One of my favorite things to wear though are my handmade crochet infinity scarves. I’ve recently gotten the hang of using homespun yarn and I gotta say it makes incredibly soft scarves that are just the bulkiness I need to keep me warm whether I’m practicing my figure skating or I’m lounging at home watching the labyrinth. I love along them super wide because then if I’m really cold I could wrap it around my shoulders as well and keep my whole body warm

My favorite Spring wardrobe items are light-weight knitted and crocheted tops that go over a t-shirt or camisole. Here in Canada, it doesn’t get really hot until Summer, so during the Spring it’s nice to have a light sweater to throw on when it gets chilly. I have some nice lacy tops that I knitted last year I’m just dying to wear. I hope it warms up soon.

I live in the “Icebox of the Nation” so my wardrobe may be different than others. My spring wardrobe is usually jeans, sweatshirts, and garden gloves. It’s clean the yard of all the debris left from the long winter and prepare the garden for planting, flowerbeds cleaned and planted. Maybe the best garment I use in the spring is a pair of cotton gloves. Not glamorous but the truth!

Living in Maine Spring is also known as Mud Season, so albeit not my favorite wardrobe item but a nescesity are mud boots or golaches. So to brighten up my needed spring attire I love using boot cuffs, they also add some warmth to the sometimes cold spring days we have. With the feet and feet of snow we still have it will most likely be an epic mud season this year. Oh joy.

I have found a lot of patterns that I like but am starting on the beginner or easy patterns since it has been so long and my mom and my aunt are no longer here to help me if I get stuck on something and need help. I recently made a cowl that my granddaughter just had to have but now am starting on a couple afghans I want to make for my sister and friend for Christmas.
