Ocean Breeze Light Summer Wrap Pattern

July 22, 2015 by Amy Ramnarine 8 Comments

I love wearing light crochet wraps on those cool summer nights or even indoors while the air conditioning is on. I like my summer wraps to be open, airy, and lightweight. This Ocean Breeze Light Summer Wrap is great to wear during the spring/summer and takes only a couple of hours to work up. It’s also very easy to re-size to make it into a scarf or an over-sized wrap. I hope you enjoy the pattern! Happy Crocheting!

I love the look of this wrap! It seems very versatile. Thanks for the tutorials, too. Hopefully I can learn and finish it before summer ends!

Should the asterisk in Row 1 include the Solomons knot? It doesn’t seem to work out otherwise – there are stitches missing and I end up with a trapezoid after one row. Thank you – this looks beautiful.

I worked one of these up and did include working the knot as part of the repeat in row 1 and it worked beautifully, FYI.

I would love to see a video tutorial on this wrap! I could not find any videos on how to do this knot.

Also, I could not find you on Ravelry. Do you have a link for this pattern there so I can save it in my library?

    Thank you!

Hi, I need a little help. I worked the pattern as directed, but it isn’t wide enough, it doesn’t wrap around me as much as I would like. How can I fix this? This is my first wrap I’ve ever made. Is there a way to add on to it?

I’m following pattern as written and I’m getting a curly mess! What am I doing wrong?
