Blankets are a huge part of my everyday life; I don’t know what I would do without them. Regardless of the season or temperature I always find myself wrapped in a blanket. With the fall season here I can’t wait to open the windows and curl up in one of my favorite crocheted afghans. I’ve only made two crochet blankets in my day, but I can’t wait to make more. Just having all the yarn sit in my lap while working up a large blanket makes me so happy.
Not only are blankets great for cuddle time, but they’re great for adding decor to any room. Afghans and blankets can be made using so many different crochet stitches and crochet colors allowing all these textures to be present. If you’re looking to add a little something to your home a crocheted blanket is the perfect way to go. Each of the blankets below are blankets you can use every day. Dive in!
